SWISH IN AFRICA FOR THE FIRST TIME

The Guinea Federation will be the first African federation to apply NBN23 technology.

NBN23 technology continues breaking borders and will make its debut in Africa after closing an agreement with the Guinea Federation that will become a pioneer with the inclusion of Swish for monitoring its competitions.

This agreement entails the consolidation of NBN23 expansion around the world after closing multiple agreements in the last quarter of 2020, it now takes another leap forward with its arrival in Africa. It will also be the second agreement in 2021 after signing with FIMBA Mexico at the beginning of the year.

With this agreement, the Guinea Federation will have many advantages because of their working relationship with NBN23. Team and player tracking, heat map, calendars, live statistics and the possibility of customizing the home screen with the preferences of each user will be some of the advantages that fans of the Guinean federation will have. All these advantages have made of SWISH a reference basketball APP with presence in multiple countries.

The signing is a declaration of intent by the African federation and it shows the interest in giving visibility to a basketball that continues growing day by day. The greatest sporting milestone of this federation is its presence in the qualifiers of an Afrobasket, however, with these type of actions they aim to attract talent and they hope to grow with the aim of having a presence in the best international competitions.

Georgio Seeman, NBN23 sales manager in Africa, has been very enthusiastic about the incorporation of the Guinea Federation to Swish: “The incorporation of an African competition to Swish opens up the possibility of working on this continent and it is a great opportunity to begin our expansion in an area with great potential”, he declared. In addition, he was also very clear advising that “in the African continent a culture of betting on basketball is being generated and this fact is a proof of interest.”

Mr. Sakoba Keita, President of the Federation of Guinea, has declared: “The Guinean Basketball Federation is happy 🇬🇳 and proud to be the first African partner of NBN23 technology”.
