LEGAL BASES OF THE INGAME SQUAD NBN23 SCORER PROGRAM INCENTIVES

NBN23 S.L. (hereinafter, “NBN23”), with registered office at Juan de la Cierva y Codorniu numero 27 Edificio Wellness 1 Planta 3 46980-Paterna and CIF B40634206 has launched the PROGRAM OF INCENTIVES FOR SCORERS – INGAME SQUAD NBN23 in which, periodically, through the following Bases, will launch challenges with different incentives that will be delivered during each period of participation.

FIRST – SCOPE OF THE APPLICATION

The INGAME SQUAD Program aims to reward the scorers who digitize the most games through the InGame App.

Through the NBN23 website, the rankings will be published periodically.
Each match digitized through the InGame App will lead to the accumulation of points in the scorer’s profile.

Each scorer, in order to participate in the program and knowing and accepting the conditions of participation, must complete the training course Acta Digital INGAME by NBN23 and at the end of each digitized match enter the email used in the registration on the training platform.

The InGame Squad Program will be launched on January 01, 2023 and will remain active until otherwise communicated. In case of a stoppage of the program, all participants who are part of this initiative will be contacted via email.

SECOND – OBJECTIVE

The INGAME SQUAD Program aims to reward the scorers who digitize the most matches through the InGame App.

THIRD – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

To participate, the scorers must have completed the Acta Digital InGame by NBN23 training course, have the certificate of approval, know and accept the conditions of participation and personal data processing.

FOURTH – MECHANICS OF PARTICIPATION

The INGAME SQUAD Program aims to reward the scorers who digitize the most games through the InGame App.

Through the NBN23 website, the rankings will be published periodically.
Each match digitized through the InGame App will lead to the accumulation of points in the scorer’s profile.

The InGame Squad Program will be launched on January 01, 2023 and will remain active until otherwise communicated. In case of program stoppage, all participants who are part of this initiative will be contacted via email.

Every month the 20 participants with the most points accumulated during the month and at the end of the year a draw will be held for each of the categories.

FIFTH. – PRIZES

Every month, the 20 participants with the most points accumulated during the month will be entered into a drawing for a 100€ Amazon gift voucher and an annual GOLD subscription to Swish.
At the end of the year there will be a drawing for each of the categories.
Bronze – if you have digitized more than 300 matches 250€ on Amazon + Swish App monthly GOLD Subscription
Silver – if you have digitized more than 450 matches 500€ on Amazon + Quarterly GOLD subscription Swish App
Gold – if you have digitized more than 600 matches 1000€ on Amazon + Annual GOLD Subscription Swish App

SIXTH – PUBLICATION OF THE WINNERS AND COMMUNICATION OF THE PRIZES

Once the deadline for participation in each challenge has expired, the winner/s will be selected from among those scorers who have reached the required score.

For this draw, the list of participants will be downloaded and the Easy Promo platform will be used: https://www.sortea2.com/.

The publication of the winner/s will be made through the winner’s e-mail and publication in social networks.
The winner/s must confirm acceptance of the prize via email, writing to the address marketing@nbn23.com within one (7) calendar days following the communication.

In response to said email, NBN23 will inform the winner how to collect the prize.

SEVENTH – ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

With the confirmation of acceptance by email, the winner must indicate his/her name, surname(s) and full postal address.

Participation in the InGame Squad Program implies unreserved acceptance of these rules and the decisions of NBN23 regarding the resolution of any issue arising from this program.

EIGHTH – ASSIGNMENT OF PRIZES

The prizes and incentives awarded through the InGame Squad Program may under no circumstances be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the winner. NBN23 reserves the right to substitute the prizes for others of equal or greater promotional value if deemed necessary.

NINTH -TAXATION

The prize awarded within the framework of the competition shall be subject to the provisions of Law 35/2006, of 28 November, on Personal Income Tax and other concordant provisions, and therefore, if so required by current legislation, NBN23 shall be responsible for making the payment on account or withholding the appropriate Personal Income Tax (hereinafter, “I.R.P.F.F.”).

The period for claims regarding the result of each challenge will end after one (1) calendar day from the date of publication of the winners of each challenge as established in section Seven of these rules. THIRTEENTH – MODIFICATION OF THE RULES AND SUSPENSION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES

NBN23 reserves the right to suspend, postpone or cancel the InGame Squad Program at any time, provided that there are causes that justify it, as well as to modify these rules, undertaking to communicate the new rules, conditions, suspension, postponement or cancellation, if applicable, through the same channels and in the same way.
